During last night’s big game, lifestyle and beauty influencer Alix Earle promoted the Carl’s Jr. Hangover Burger in an advertisement (which, by the way, is free today if you sign up for the fast food restaurant’s rewards program in-app). The influencer and “Hot Mess” podcast host was wearing a barely there, star-shaped bikini top and mini-skirt, complete with a picture-perfect blowout. The hair care product responsible for those enviable strands? The brand-new Laura Polko Refresh Dry Shampoo, created by one of Hollywood’s favorite hairstylists. The brand’s namesake and founder, Laura Polko, is an industry-leading and award-winning hairstylist with over 15 years of experience. Based in Los Angeles, she’s worked on the ‘dos of everyone from Charli D’Amelio to Gigi Hadid to Hailee Steinfeld and is behind a line of “clean, color-safe and dermatologically tested formulas” that “put top-shelf hair care within reach,” per her company’s site. Her product roster launched in December of last year and is available exclusively at Target.
