Coach Taps Pellish-Thaler to Head North American Wholesale Business

Susan Pellish-Thaler will be joining Coach as general manager, vice president of North American wholesale, effective Jan. 6. She will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operating results of the company’s North America wholesale business, and will lead the sales, field and operations teams. She report to Laura Dubin-Wander, president of Coach North America. Pellish-Thaler was most recently senior vice president/group president at the Camuto Group where she led and managed general and wholesale operations including sales, pricing, sourcing, profit and loss, budgets, product development and merchandising plans. Before that, she was president and senior vice president/general manager at Sam Edelman, where she is credited with improving sell-throughs by double digits. She has also worked at Loehman’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Anne Klein.
