Elle Fanning continued her Effie Trinket style streak in a custom pink butterfly-clad Valentino design for “The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping” photo call at The Corinthia in London on Friday. The ensemble included a ballerina pink color scheme with contrasting cream and colorful butterfly appliqués. The pleated motif continued at the hemline of the midi pencil skirt.
