The award season has begun! Starting with the Video Music Awards 2020 in August followed by the Emmys 2020, the next one to take place is Billboard Music Awards 2020 on October 14. The nominations were announced online on September 22. The first artist set to perform at BBMAs are none other than the popular group BTS.

After their record-breaking season with multiple top albums, BTS will take over the stage for the third time to perform their chart-topping single 'Dynamite',. The announcement was made on Twitter today.

BTS is nominated in two categories - Top/Duo Group and Top Social Artist. The septet broke Justin Bieber's six-year record by winning Top Social Artist in 2017. They won in the same category in 2018 followed by bagging two awards in 2019 for Top Social Artist and Top/Duo Group.
In 2018, BTS made their stage debut at Billboard Music Awards with a power-packed 'Fake Love' performance. In 2019, they performed 'Boy With Luv' with Halsey.
BTS topped Billboard Hot 100 chart for two weeks in a row, making them the first Korean act ever to achieve this feat. They reclaimed the No. 1 spot on Monday, September 28 after spending the last weeks on the second position.
The group has created history with 'Dynamite' as debuted at No. 1 on Hot 100, Billboard Global 200, and the second week at No. 1 on Billboard Global Excl. U.S as well. They become the first-ever act to rule all three charts simultaneously.
BTS has announced their next studio album titled 'BE (Deluxe Edition)'. Taking to their official platform called Weverse, the statement read, "'BE (Deluxe Edition)' contains the most 'BTS-esque' music yet. The latest story from BTS begins by declaring that 'even in the face of this new normality, our life goes on' and imparts a message of healing to fans and to the world."
'BE (Deluxe Edition)' will drop on Friday, November 20 at 2 pm KST (10:30 am IST).

The COVID-19 cases have been increasing by the minute and a lot of actors have been affected by the same. Now that the shoots have resumed, the actors ensure to minimize their contact with other people and maintain even more precautions. However, since that is not possible all the time, they have their own remedies to get through the days. Only yesterday, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee were tested positive for COVID-19.

Now, Vikaas Kalantri and his wife Priyanka Kalantri have also tested positive. Vikaas took to his Twitter to inform the news and said that both of them were in home quarantine and are mildly symptomatic. He wrote, “My wife Priyanka & myself have tested positive for Covid19 today. We are home quarantined with mild symptoms & are taking utmost precautions and care. We have isolated ourselves. To any1 who has come in contact with us recently pl take necessary precautions.”

Actor Mukesh Khanna who portrayed the role of India’s first superhero -Shaktimaan in the nineties is in talks to turn the popular TV show into a three-film franchise. Mukesh Khanna had wowed the audience with his performance as Shaktimaan and Gangadhar in the show.

Talking to a news agency, Mukesh Khanna said that it is a dream come true for him. He said that Shaktimaan was, is and will always be the first Indian superhero and he also calls him as the 'super teacher'.
Talking further about Shaktimaan, he said that it is an evergreen, and an extremely contemporary story. The actor said that in every decade and every century, darkness tries to prevail over light and truth, but ultimately truth wins.
Khanna said that he has been promising fans of the show for a while now that Shaktimaan 2.0 is coming up. The actor feels responsible towards his fans who have literally grown up with him. He said that he said ‘Vijayee bhava’ to everyone and now feels that it is time to say the same to himself.
The first film of the trilogy will most likely go on floors in the second half of 2021. Shaktimaan first aired in 1997 and went on till the first half of 2005. Khanna played the role of Shaktimaan and his alter ego "Pandit Gangadhar Vidhyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri" a photographer for the newspaper Aaj ki Awaaz. Shaktimaan was depicted as a human who has attained superhuman powers through meditation and five elements of nature: Space, Earth, Air, Fire, Water.

The deadly coronavirus has spread around the world. Production houses have shifted some of the biggest releases. Since the lockdown was imposed on March 24, film and TV productions have been halted indefinitely. It has only been since August that TV and film productions have resumed shooting. Filmmaker Anees Bazmee, who was shooting Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 starring Kartik Aaryan & Kiara Advani in Lucknow, will resume shooting in Mumbai.

According to a daily, the filmmaker revealed that some sets will be replicated in Mumbai in a controlled environment. They plan to complete shoot some indoor portions here and hoping to shoot the last schedule in Lucknow.
But, Bazmee revealed that finding a plot to replicate sets is a difficult task. He said that all the plots have been booked for October. He is hoping to find a location soon to complete the 15-day schedule.
