An eminent jury, headed by Hon’ble Justice Gyan Sudha Misra, former Judge Supreme Court of India decided to honour actor and producer Dia Mirza in the Maharashtra edition of the initiative, “Champions of Change.”

The award ceremony aimed at honouring those who have been working towards raising awareness in the fields of social welfare, health care, education, culture, and sports in congruence with the democratic ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador & United Nations Secretary-General Advocate for Sustainable Development Goals, Global Ambassador IFAW, Dia was honoured for the exemplary work she has done in the field of social welfare in the state.

The award was organized by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy (IFIE), which is a recognized, not-for-profit organisation and has in the past invited personalities like the Vice-President of India, Shri M Venkaiah Naidu, and former President of India, late Shri Pranab Mukherjee to preside over their events.

Past winners include, among others, Shri M. K. Stalin (CM of Tamil Nadu), Shri Hemant Soren (CM of Jharkhand), and Shri Manish Sisodia (Deputy CM of Delhi). The award was given to Dia in the presence of H.E Shri Bhagat Singh Koshiyari (Governor of Maharashtra) at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai on 30th September.

Proving yet again to be a force of global dominance, Deepika Padukone has bagged the Global Achiever’s award 2021 for her achievements in the film fraternity for ‘Best actress in Bollywood by an international platform. The list has other popular names from across the world like Barack Obama, Jeff Bezos, Christiano Ronaldo, among others.

The global award 2021, received more than 3000 nominations this year. It was strenuous for the jury to short-list the winners as all the nominations had a successful track record in their respective fields.

Deepika managed to win the award being the only Indian actor in the industry. She is a global icon who leaves her fans enthralled with not just her fashion statements but majorly for her movies and performing skills. Touted to be one of the best actresses from India, Deepika has successfully earned a name for herself with her hard work.

In 2018, TIME magazine named her one of the 100 most Influential People across the globe. She became the only Indian actor to acquire a spot on the list. A year later, Deepika was honoured by the 26th Annual Crystal award for rising mental health awareness being the only Indian actor to feature in Davos 2020 winners list. Deepika Padukone was also the only Indian actress to be featured in VARIETY's second time in a row 'International Women's Impact Report' which celebrates the achievements of women in entertainment around the world.

Over the years, Deepika has made her voice heard, which has created a global impact, be it with her movie choices or her foundation ‘Live Love Laugh’.

Beating the uncertainties of 2020-21, Panorama Studios' Khuda Haafiz Chapter II - Agni Pariksha hit the floors with a bang and it now wraps up its schedule in Lucknow by dropping a candid picture that shows the director of the film, Faruk Kabir sitting from across the lead actor Vidyut Jammwal. The director also took to his social media and uploaded a picture of a clapboard that declared the wrap-up. His directorial has completed almost 80% of the shoot and the remaining chunk will be intensively shot in the upcoming days. Starring Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi, the upcoming movie stirs excitement among the viewers as the director and the lead actors share entertaining behind-the-scenes moments.

Filmmaker, Faruk Kabir says, "I have to say that Lucknow showed us a great time. We lived like a family for almost two months. The film's team was relentless in ensuring that we finished the day's work as planned. We're happy that the schedule has concluded within the intended number of days. The team is at it to be certain that we bring the audience an intense action love story very soon."

Panorama Studios International presents, Khuda Haafiz Chapter II - Agni Pariksha, a Panorama Studios Production, written and directed by Faruk Kabir, produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak & Abhishek Pathak, co-produced by Sanjeev Joshi, Aditya Chowksey and Hasnain Hussaini, with music by Pritam, lyrics by Irshad Kamil, starring Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi. The second chapter outlines the intense action love story between the lead characters essayed by Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi, who are both tasked with facing challenges posed by circumstances and society.

South Korean pop-group NCT’s Chinese member WinWin, who is part of WayV, has reportedly established his own studio for acting activities in China.

According to Soompi, WinWin’s agency SM Entertainment, on September 30 has officially addressed the reports stating, “WinWin recently established a personal studio for his acting activities in China.” And that, “[WinWin] will be continuing his activities as a member of WayV just like he has up until now.”

However, the agency clarified that WinWin’s new studio, which is essentially a one-man agency, is merely for his acting activities within China and emphasized that he was not leaving WayV. Reports suggested that the 23-year-old lead dancer of NCT has remained in China after opening a personal studio.

Star News Korea report added that he opened the studio in July.

NCT Winwin enjoys a global fanbase who wanted the Chinese star to be a lead in C-dramas. The WayV star’s MyDramaList profile currently has one C-drama named Ru Yue listed with no specific date mentioned.

The statement by SM Entertainment also clarifies that actor WinWin is on the way and that fans will still get to see him be the amazing singer, dancer and rapper as a part of NCT and especially group WayV.

WinWin has been a member of NCT and its subgroups NCT 127, NCT U and WayV after being a trainee with SM Entertainment. Debuting under NCT 127 in 2016, WinWin became a part of NCT U in 2018 finally shifting to WayV in 2019. He has shown tremendous potential as an all-rounder making us look forward to his upcoming role as an actor.
