In exactly over two months, superstar Shah Rukh Khan makes his much-awaited after five years. The actor, who was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero, will take on the role of a spy in the upcoming action entertainer. It is part of Yash Raj Films’ 50^th anniversary. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the makers have kept every announcement under wraps, surprising people with it and thus, breaking the internet with Shah Rukh Khan’s look back in June 2022. As the actor turns 57 today, Pathaan makers have unveiled the first teaser of the upcoming film giving a glimpse into the world of the upcoming spy actioner.

Back in June 2022, Shah Rukh Khan hosted a live session on his Instagram account after completing 30 years in the film industry. While speaking to the fans, he said, “When we started shooting Pathaan, it was a lot of fun. It is an action film with wonderful co-actors Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, and Ashutosh Rana among others. It is the kind of film I wanted to do for 30 years. I always thought of myself as somebody who can do some cool action stuff. So, I think my impression about Pathaan is what I really wanted to do when I first came to Mumbai, hopefully, I have achieved that in Pathaan as an actor.”

He admitted that he wanted to be an action hero in his 20s but is enjoying the process at 56 too. “I enjoyed it. It is fun having to do action. It is a little late (referring to his age). At the age of 56, I am being macho and solid, trying to make it work. Siddharth and the whole action team have put in a lot of hard work. Hopefully, it will work,” he smiled.

Readers would be aware that Salman Khan received death threats followed by the murder of Punjabi musician Sidhu Moosewala from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang allegedly. The actor, even got a weapon license under the need for self-protection. Now, recent reports have it that the security for Salman Khan has been increased. Along with him, Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher will also be given extra security.

Readers would be aware that Salman Khan received death threats, allegedly, from the Bishnoi gang, after the murder of Sidhu Moosewala. Akshay Kumar has been given added security owing to the increasing number of social media death threats because of his nationality. On the other hand, Anupam Kher too has been given security because of the film The Kashmir Files that talks about the sensitive situation of Kashmiri Pandits in the controversial state. As per a Mid-Day report, Salman Khan will be given Y+ security which means he will have four armed security personnel aka commandos at all times. The actor has been given intense security because his father Salim Khan received death threats via a note that was placed on a public place when he was jogging in the city.

On the other hand, these reports suggest that Akshay Kumar will be X category of security which means he will have three security officers protecting him at all times. Anupam Kher too has been given the same level of security albeit without the commandos. Any extra security

Coming to the work front, Salman Khan is currently gearing up for the release of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is expected to feature an ensemble cast along with Pooja Hegde playing the leading lady. Akshay Kumar, who was recently seen in Ram Setu, will next be seen in Soorarai Pottru remake.

Following the recent tragic events in Itaewon, multiple South Korean celebrities are canceling and postponing their scheduled promotional activities for the next few days.

Halloween celebrations turned deadly in South Korea’s Itaewon. It was reported that a crowd crush led to the death of 154 people, of whom 26 were foreign nationals and 132 were injured as per updates on Sunday, according to Korea Herald. An estimate of 100,000 people was expected to be in attendance on Saturday night in Itaewon.

In the narrow alley, around 10:40 pm, the crowd began to surge leaving people stuck there for over one and a half hours. This led to suffocation in the tight space. Videos and photos went viral on social media in which people and first responders were giving CPR on the spot to people who were unresponsive and went into cardiac arrest. Maximum fatalities were those of people in their 20s.

In light of the tragic events, BTS' Jin’s debut appearance on SBS’ reality show Running Man, which was scheduled for October 30, has now been cancelled. SBS announced the cancelation of his episode by issuing an official statement and asked for fans’ understanding.

Moreover, actor Jung Il Woo also announced via statement on social media about the postponement of his fan meeting in Japan. The statement reads, “Notice of postponement of Osaka and Tokyo fan meeting. First of all, I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Itaewon accident in Korea. As the period of national remembrance has been set in Korea, we also have to make a difficult decision to express our intentions of remembrance.”

The statement continued, “We have decided to postpone the Osaka and Tokyo performances you have been waiting for for a long time. We deeply apologize for having to postpone the fan meeting you have been waiting for and cheering us on until now. We promise to see you again, and once again we sincerely apologize. To the fans who came to the Osaka and Tokyo performances, Jung Il-woo would like to personally apologize.”

“The purchased ticket can be used for the next postponed performance, so please keep it until further notice,” they added.

Yong Jun Hyung's EP titled Loner, whose virtual tracks and physical album were both scheduled to be released on Sunday and Monday respectively, have now been delayed. Moreover, newly released films Remember and Confession canceled the appearance of cast members and directors at theaters to greet audiences.

Initially, Nam Joo Hyuk, Lee Sung Min, and director Lee Il Hyung were scheduled to participate in the event for Remember, while So Ji Sub, Kim Yoon Jin, Nana, and director Yoon Jong Sik were scheduled to participate for Confession. Bollywood actress Rambha met with a car accident in Canada. Her car was badly damaged in this accident and her daughter's condition is said to be critical. At the time of the accident, Rambha along with her children and her nanny were also in the car. Rambha's daughter Sasha has been admitted in the hospital.

Informing about the mishap with her fans, Rambha took to her social media handle and shared a couple of pictures. While in the first picture, her daughter can be seen getting treatment, the rest of the pictures featured her damaged car.

In the caption, the Judwaa actress wrote, “Our car was hit by another car at an intersection wayback from picking kids from school! "Me with kids and my nanny "All of us are safe with minor injuries / my little sasha is still in the hospital.” She further added, “bad days bad time / please pray for us / your prayers means a lot.”

As soon as she shared the post, her fans and friends poured wishes and prayers for her. Actress Meena Sagar wrote, “Omg jayamma please take care. Stay safe. Don't worry , sasha baby will be fine soon. Love and prayers.”

The good news for fans is that Rambha and her family are safe though her daughter is still admitted in the hospital. In the pictures shared by Rambha, in the first photo, her daughter is seen, whom the doctors are taking for treatment. In the second and third photos, the crashed car is seen in a bad condition.

For the unversed, Rambha is a well-known actress, who has worked in Hindi as well as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, and Bhojpuri film industries. Rambha's real name is Vijayalakshmi. She has acted in more than 100 films in two decades. Rambha was seen in Judwaa opposite Salman Khan. It was this film that popularised her. Apart from Judwaa, Rambha has worked in many films including Gharwali Baharwali, Kyunki Main Jhooth Nahi Bolta.

Pop titans BTS are unstoppable. When in June 2022 the group announced they are taking a break from group music, they also mentioned that the focus would be to release solo work and collaborations. In the last couple of months, several collaborations have been released from the members. Following J-Hope’s Jack In The Box album and Jin’s single ‘The Astronaut’ with Coldplay, the group’s leader RM will drop his solo album on November 25.

If the reports are to be believed, the member is currently gearing up for his solo work which he teased on his Instagram story a few days ago. In response to the report, a source from BIGHIT MUSIC said in a statement, “RM will be releasing a solo album, and he is currently in preparations.”

RM has previously mixtapes titled RM and Mono. He recently did a song collaboration with Balming Tiger on ‘Sexy Nukim’

Meanwhile, BTS members have all released collaborations in recent times. J-Hope became the first member to drop his solo album in July 2022 with Jack In The Box with two lead tracks ‘MORE’ and ‘ARSON’. He released his collaboration ‘Rush Hour’ with rapper Crush on September 22.

On the other hand, V released his OST ‘Christmas Tree’ for the Korean drama Our Beloved Summer. He was also featured on Benny Blanco’s track ‘Bad Decisions’ along with Jin, Jimin and Jungkook. Jungkook collaborated with Charlie Puth on the track ‘Left and Right’; SUGA collaborated with PSY on ‘That That’ whereas Jimin released an OST ‘With You’ with Ha Sung Woon for K-drama Our Blues.

It was recently announced that BTS will fulfil their mandatory military conscription and opt for full-time service. Jin will be the first one to enlist followed by other members after their solo work releases. They will resume activities as a group in 2025.
