Katy Perry Does Power Dressing in Sparkling Balenciaga Blazer for ‘American Idol’

Katy Perry fashioned another designer look for Monday night’s episode of “American Idol.” The season 22 episode featured the top eight contestants performing songs secretly selected by judges Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie. For the episode, Perry wore the double-breasted rhinestone embellished blazer from Balenciaga. The look featured a structured fit, with a defined waist and two pockets. The fabric was covered in glittering rhinestones, which played off the ornate choker and statement earrings Perry wore for her jewelry accessories. The “Teenage Dream” singer’s makeup was done by Michael Anthony, while her hair was styled by Jesus Guerrero. Perry’s look was curated by stylist Tatiana Waterford, who’s been collaborating with Perry for more than three years.
