Mariah Carey Goes Sheer in Schiaparelli Dress to Receive Global Impact Award at Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective Event

Mariah Carey was honored with the Global Impact Award during a gala event organized by the Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective on Thursday in Los Angeles. The singer showed up for the occasion in a sheer look created by Daniel Roseberry for Schiaparelli’s couture fall 2023 collection.  Mariah Carey The dress, which features a copper corset bodice and a matching flowy skirt that transitions into a dramatic tail, debuted on Schiaparelli’s runway with model Adut Akech. Carey, whose stylist is Wilfredo Rosado, accessorized the dress with sparkling pumps and diamond jewelry. Adut Akech walks the runway during the Schiaparelli couture fall 2023 show. Mattel Debuts Ken Doll-inspired Fragrance That Channels the ‘Contemporary Masculinity’ of Barbie’s Boyfriend

Barbie’s boyfriend Ken now has a fragrance of his own thanks to Mattel’s latest collaboration with DefineMe Creative Studio. The scent-maker’s latest drop, packaged in a blue bottle and printed with vintage-inspired text, intends to channel the “essence of contemporary masculinity,” according to the brand. “We are thrilled to introduce ‘Ken,’ an inclusive fragrance that celebrates his unwavering confidence and dynamic personality. Much like Barbie, Ken has become a cultural icon, and this fragrance is a tribute to the timeless appeal and charm that he represents,” said Jennifer McKay Newton, founder, DefineMe Creative Studio.
