Laverne Cox reinterpreted Mugler’s ’90s style for the red carpet premiere of “A Very Jonas Christmas Movie” in New York City on Monday night. The four-time Primetime Emmy Award-nominated actress turned to Mugler’s fall 1996 ready-to-wear collection, borrowing a corseted style. The strapless piece featured sinuous lines with an inverted neckline, with fabric designed in a curved, pyramid-inspired shape. When it came to standout accessory pieces, Cox turned to Antonela K Millinery, wearing a black circular fascinator with an off-center pillbox hat and netted, overlapping circles.
