Queen Mathilde of Belgium Turns to One of Kate Middleton’s Go-to Designers

Queen Mathilde of Belgium favored a Jenny Packham design for Sunday night’s Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition in Brussels. The gown was designed with a sleek silhouette, accentuated by crystal designs cascading across the waistline and bell-shaped sleeves. A bateau neckline and three-quarter length sleeves added an element of architectural embrace, with a floor-length skirt that elongated the formal finish. The gown, retailing for $4,185, merged minimalism with luxury details.
