Beauty Executive Moves: Smashbox and Glamglow Under New Leadership
As the beauty industry evolves, several new executives have been appointed, including new heads at Smashbox and Glamglow, and PCA Skin. Sejal Shah Miller Joins Smashbox Sejal Shal Miller Sejal Shah Miller has joined Smashbox from Mattel, where she oversaw the games like Polly Pocket, Uno and Scrabble. At Smashbox, Miller is tasked with driving global expansion for the makeup brand, which has struggled in recent quarters. She will be in charge of reinforcing the company’s studio-born DNA and accelerating product innovation and commercial opportunities. At Mattel, Miller was senior vice president and global general manager. Before her time in the Girls and Games division, she led global and U.S. marketing for Barbie, helping to turn around the franchise. Before Mattel, Miller was with L’Oréal Luxe. Miller succeeds Beth DiNardo, who is retiring from her position as global brand president for Smashbox and Glamglow. She reports to John Demsey, executive group president for the Estée Lauder Cos. Inc. Arnaud Goullin Joins Glamglow Arnaud Goullin Arnaud Goullin has joined Glamglow as senior vice president and global general manager. In his new role, Goullin will be in charge of developing and executing brand strategy and growing Glamglow’s global footprint. Shannon Dellimore, Glamglow cofounder and creative director, will remain on board. Goullin succeeds PaulaFollow WWD on Twitter or become a fan on Facebook.
