Clarins Hosts Malibu Dinner, Plants Trees in Santa Monica Mountains as Part of Charitable Cause

French beauty brand Clarins was in Los Angeles this past weekend for its Replant Love event, now in its fourth year. Working alongside nonprofit Malibu Foundation, the brand’s mission has been to help replant native trees and plants lost in the 2018 Woolsey Fire — which reportedly destroyed 88 percent of the Santa Monica Mountains, impacting nearly 97,000 acres. “We came together to help replant what we lost in the fire. But what we found every year while we’ve been planting trees is we never get a chance to sit down with everybody who’s planting with us,” said Melissa Reidhead, executive director at Clarins Group, on Friday night at Nobu Malibu. For the first time, the company hosted a dinner for the occasion, bringing together a community of supporters. Guests included actors Jennifer Morrison, Abbey Cowen, Armani Jackson, Talia Jackson, artist Paris Brosnan, urban farmer Indy Srinath, Button Atelier’s Brittny Button, models Ari Fournier and Jenny Watwood.
