2022 Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel arrived for the 2023 Miss Universe pageant on Saturday in El Salvador, channeling mermaid-inspiration as she dazzled in a blue off-the-shoulder gown with a plated bodice, paillettes and skirt that created a fish-scale effect. Her look, designed by Gert-Johan Coetzee, was completed with her crown created by Lebanese jewelry company Mouawad.
