Jessica Chastain Goes for Back-to-Back Glamour in Custom Armani and Balmain at Marrakech International Film Festival

Jessica Chastain touched down in Morocco on Friday to attend the Marrakech International Film Festival, where she serves as this year’s jury president. “Being entrusted with this role is a privilege and I look forward to celebrating incredible global talent within the world of cinema,” the actress said in a statement released last month. Jessica Chastain attends the opening ceremony of the Marrakech International Film Festival on Nov. 24. For the festival’s opening night, Chastain opted for a custom ensemble by Armani Privé, which included a beaded cape from the couture label’s fall 2021 collection worn over a diamanté jumpsuit. The actress completed her look with a pair of open-toe pumps. Chastain’s auburn tresses were styled in a high ponytail, courtesy of hairdresser Christian Wood. Meanwhile, makeup artist Mary Greenwell gave her sparkly taupe eyeshadow and a mauve lip. The following evening, Chastain changed into a black Balmain gown featuring a plunging neckline and pink satin tie-front detailing at the bodice. Wood and Greenwell returned as the actress’ glam squad, providing the actress with natural waves, grey eyeshadow and a nude lip.
