After Viral SNL Appearance, Women’s Olympic Hockey Team Merch Is Trending Again — Shop Winning Pieces Here

On February 28, Connor Storrie hosted Saturday Night Live — and the crowd went wild, not only over his sketches like “Ice Skating” and “Stripper” (the former of which featured a cameo by “Heated Rivalry” co-star Hudson Williams) but also due to the fact that producers decided to bring out the U.S. women’s hockey team onstage for the occasion. Captain Hilary Knight and Megan Keller (who scored the overtime goal against Canada and helped her country clinch a 2-1 victory) joined Jack and Quinn Hughes from the men’s Olympic team for Storrie’s opening monologue: cleverly referencing the recent State of the Union debacle by remarking, “It was going to be just us, but we thought we’d invite the guys, too.” As soon as Knight and Keller pulled up beside Storrie in the segment, the crowd erupted into uproarious applause.
