Halsey, Latto and Machine Gun Kelly attended the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in Cleveland, each bringing their own style to the event. Halsey wore a satin blue dress accessorized with a grommet studded belt. She paired the ensemble with pointy-toe black heels.
