Katie Holmes stepped out in New York City on Tuesday in the ideal spring-to-summer transitional dress. The actress and producer recently attended a few events during the first few days of Tribeca Film Festival. Holmes wore the Me+Em Cotton Bouclé Cut-Out Maxi Dress.
