Cone Denim Unveils Organically Grown Cotton Capsule Collection

Cone Denim said today that it has unveiled its Organic Cotton Capsule collection of denims. As part of Cone’s Sustainblue offerings, its capsule collection offers Cone Denim constructions made with 100 percent organically grown cotton, the company said. Cotton used in the collection is organically grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers and was grown “using methods and materials that have a lower impact on the environment,” Cone Denim explained. And its organic cotton fabrics were awarded with the Organic Cotton Standards (OCS) certification by Ecocert Greenlife SAS, which verifies that the company met requisite standards for materials and production processes, the firm said.
