A&F Expanding Partnership With The Trevor Project

Abercrombie & Fitch is expanding its relationship with The Trevor Project, a suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. The retailer has worked with the nonprofit organization since 2010 but is heightening its involvement in 2019, the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and the start of the gay pride movement. At the same time, The Trevor Project will work with A&F on diversity and inclusion initiatives for both customers and employees. The expanded partnership will include participation at events such as the Pride Parade in New York City, donations from the sales from select A&F collections including a Pride-inspired one dropping in mid-May, and a customer round-up campaign in all U.S. stores and online. Since 2010, A&F and its customers have raised and donated more than $600,000 for the organization.
